Winter is closing in on us all. WA region is hosting a Sip and Paint session this weekend, as a social event. Of concern is that we beginners are painting an Alpaca – under guidance, whilst having a wee sip !! What could go wrong. Outcomes to follow. Gidge is always a great event on the calendar for both alpaca breeders and small farm owners. Located just 40minutes from Perth CBD this weekend is not to be missed. The format is simple. The WA Alpaca Association hosts a standalone show on the Saturday, followed by the Gidgegannup Small Farm Field Day on the Sunday – to promote All Things Alpaca. The field day is in our opinion the best opportunity to showcase Alpacas for a captive ‘Small Farm Audience’. BedRock have been participating at this event in different ways for nearly 20 years, and will continue to support in the future.
