BedRock Alpacas was formed in 2000 with the purchase of five females. Using the best available genetics in our breeding program, our stud now boasts multiple broad ribbon winners in show animal and fleece classes.

Striving for excellence we are breeding for top quality fleece characteristics on 'true to type' animals.

BedRock have always used the best quality males over their females.

BedRock is located at 'Brookley Farm' on Albany Highway in the picturesque Bedfordale Valley.

The property has permanent running water, supporting year round pasture of Kikuyu, Clover, Rye and grasses.

With established trees and a nature reserve as a backdrop, this property is ideally suited to the running of our Alpaca Stud.

 

BedRock also run a substantial part of their herd on the Ravenhill family farm, located in the Valley of the Giants region of Denmark, on WA’s south coast. Tara and Chris offer reasonably priced agistment, sales of quality stock, sire services, friendly after sales support and help with all aspects of Alpaca welfare.
